BARON HAHN
President
Baron Hahn is a seasoned construction management professional with over a decade of experience in heavy civil and highway construction, complimented by additional experience in solar/renewables, port/marine, quarry work, and water/wastewater projects. As the leader of Hahn Tx Construction and Hahn Tx Consulting, Baron drives operational excellence and strategic growth, guided by a business model rooted in faith, family and friends, followed by profitability, safety and quality. He leverages his extensive industry knowledge to deliver innovative, high-value solutions, prioritizing integrity and collaboration in the construction and consulting sectors.
EXPERTISE
From August 2022 to 2025, Baron was Director of Operations at Keeley Construction in New Braunfels, Texas, overseeing regional operations, shaping growth strategies, and ensuring project success in profitability, safety, and quality. Previously, he served as Director of Estimating (General Manager) at Curran Contracting Company in Converse, Texas, from 2017 to 2021, leading bids from projects ranging from $200,000 to $25 million and managing project teams. His earlier roles as a Project Manager at Curran Contracting, Austin Bridge and Road, and Dan Williams Company, and as a Project Engineer at W.W. Webber, LLC, developed his expertise in managing multimillion-dollar projects, cost tracking, Primavera 6 scheduling, and field coordination.
Baron holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University (2009) and began his academic journey at Wharton County Junior College and Blinn College. A proactive problem-solver and collaborative leader, he thrives in dynamic environments, driving innovation and collective success in the construction industry.
PERSONAL
Outside of work, Baron is married to Megan Hahn, and together they have four children. They enjoy entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. In his free time, Baron is passionate about fishing and hunting, embracing the outdoors as a way to unwind and connect with nature.


JOHN TOLSON
Operations Director
John Tolson is a seasoned Project Manager with a robust background in civil engineering, infrastructure development, and IT management. Based in San Antonio, Texas, John has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results across transportation, roadway projects, and corporate IT operations, consistently managing complex initiatives with precision and efficiency.
EXPERTISE
As a Project Manager, John has overseen a wide array of infrastructure projects, demonstrating expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and diverse teams. His notable projects with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) include the $19M full reconstruction and widening of a major roadway in San Antonio, TX, the $1.1M reconstruction of a roadway in Helotes, TX, and the $790K widening with a removal and replacement of box culvert crossings in Welfare, TX. Additional significant projects under his leadership include a $7.2M railroad infrastructure project, a $3.8M Private Quarry Box culvert installation, a $3.6M industrial plant project, and a $2.6M marine center development. Furthermore, John played a pivotal role in a $230M TXDOT joint venture project, starting as a Field Engineer and advancing to Superintendent of all dirt work operations, showcasing his technical expertise and leadership in large-scale infrastructure development. These projects highlight his ability to deliver complex infrastructure improvements across regions.
John has also been highly involved in managing and directing IT operations for various organizations, ensuring robust technological frameworks to support business objectives. His expertise in IT management has complemented his project management skills, enabling seamless coordination of resources and systems across projects.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, earned in 2012. Combining technical proficiency, strategic project management, and strong leadership, John consistently drives successful outcomes in every endeavor, making him a valuable asset to any infrastructure or technical project.
PERSONAL
John Tolson is married to his amazing wife Emily and has two children. He says that loving Emily has been the greatest privilege of his life. This dedication carries over to every aspect of his life, including his work.
JOHN PAPARO
Project Manager
With over a decade of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, John is a results-driven Project Manager known for leading multimillion dollar projects from conception to completion. John brings a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational strategy and safety standards.
EXPERTISE
Most recently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Keeley Construction, John managed civil construction projects valued between $1 million and $15 million, covering mass excavation, concrete works, and water/wastewater infrastructure. Responsibilities on projects ranging from $200,000 to $8 million, gaining deep insight into site logistics, documentation, and field supervision.
From 2021 to 2023, John worked as a Project Manager for First Onsite Property Restoration, overseeing emergency commercial restoration efforts across the U.S. including high-value projects up to $50 million. This role required fast-paced decision making, OSHA-compliant safety management, and close coordination with diverse teams during disaster recovery efforts.
Earlier in his career, John founded and operated Big John's Land Services, a residential construction and landscaping company in the San Antonio area, where he managed everything from remodeling and fencing to stonework and tree clearing. This entrepreneurial experience reinforced his leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills.
Hands on experience with site preparation, framing, concrete work, and heavy machinery operation was gained through various field roles with Limestone Cowboy, Karhan Ranch, and A and A Construction from 2007 to 2021. These roles laid the foundation for a career built on a strong work ethic, technical skills, and a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle.

MEGAN HAHN
Office Manager
Megan's background in sales, marketing and advertising as well as office administration keeps our business running smoothly. From community outreach to HR initiatives and marketing strategies for both Hahn TX and our consulting client, she rounds out our team at Hahn TX Construction.
EXPERTISE
Megan's career in sales began at Bluebonnet Motors in 2008, where she held the position of Customer Relations Manager. In 2013, she transitioned to Luling Chevrolet as a sales associate, ultimately rising to the role of Finance Director in 2017. After spending more than a decade in the automotive sector, she opted to shift her focus to marketing, initially working as an account representative at Southern Newspapers, Inc., and later advancing to the position of Advertising Director. This background has equipped her with valuable insights into marketing and advertising, enabling us to provide marketing consulting services as an added benefit to our consulting clients.
PERSONAL
Megan, Baron, and their children are engaged in a variety of activities, ranging from volleyball games to archery practices and beyond. Megan serves as the PTO Vice President at her children's school and is responsible for transporting them to their various commitments. During her leisure time, she delights in exploring the world and embarking on new adventures with her husband, children, and friends. Additionally, Megan is a dedicated member of the Kiwanis Club of Seguin, where she is set to assume the role of president in 2026.
